Join us to learn how to access the Postsecondary Transition Plan (PTP) application and explore two sign-in options: Google Sign-In and MyWisconsin ID. With WAMS ending on September 30, 2026, understanding these new access options is especially important. Participants will receive helpful tips and tricks for navigating the sign-in process, along with an overview of the different levels of access available within the PTP application. This session will provide practical guidance to help ensure a smooth transition to the new sign-in process and continued access to the PTP application.
