Join us for new guidance on developing individualized transition programming for students with IEPs who stay in school beyond age 18. Participants will review the new guidance document and tools that will support developing robust and individualized programming leading to positive post school outcomes for students with IEPs.

We will be offering this session on two separate dates.  Please register for the opportunity that works best for you.

September 21 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
