Join the Transition Improvement Grant for the annual Job Coaching for the Para Educator professional development on August 11th and 12th! Paraprofessionals play a critical role in the successful transition for students with IEPs. The importance of this role is even more evident in community-based learning experiences such as job coaching. The TIG team will host two half-day interactive virtual sessions featuring topics such as Setting Up for Success, Knowing Your PTP Super Powers, Supporting the Whole Student, Employment Success through Workplace Strategies, Flip the Script, and Knowing the Why. Registrants should watch their email in the coming weeks for more information on sessions and the training structure.

Note: This training is an allowable expense for Paraprofessional wages as a part of the Transition Readiness Grant Program (TRG). For more information visit the TRG webpage (https://dpi.wi.gov/sped/topics/transition/transition-readiness-grants).
