03:30 pm - 04:30 pm

A Community of Practice allows educators around Wisconsin to come together to focus on a specific topic relating to transition for students with disabilities.  A CoP is a group of people who share an interest or passion and come together regularly to learn, set goals, and improve collaborative practices within their school. Each session will allow members the opportunity to share experiences from the field, acquire new content knowledge, and set goals to implement new practices that will improve student outcomes. Attendance at every session is strongly encouraged.
