Join us for these follow-up Transition Talks throughout the 2020-21 school year with specific, in-depth overviews by topic area pertaining to sections in the Postsecondary Transition Plan (PTP). These are open to any participants interested in the below topics and highly recommended to all participants that attended the August 12 or September 23 virtual training.
