Join us for a live, 1-hour virtual session with Dr. Dawn Rowe from the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) as she shares practical, research-informed strategies for engaging families in the secondary transition process. Designed for school and district staff, this session will highlight effective approaches and tools that foster meaningful family involvement, strengthen partnerships, and support positive post-school outcomes for students with disabilities. Participants will gain actionable ideas that can be implemented in their districts to create a more collaborative and inclusive transition planning process.
