Family and Youth Engagement in CCoTs

Discover effective approaches for involving families and youth in transition planning and CCoT activities. Teams will share methods that have increased participation and meaningful input, complemented by expert advice on engagement techniques. Participants will gain tools to foster collaboration and empower students and families in the transition process. There will also be time for networking throughout the session.
