Three members of the Wisconsin Community on Transition (WiCoT) will share insights into their roles with the Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Presenters will discuss how their organizations connect to the work of a CCoT, what CCoT Teams can expect from their participation, and the benefits of transition partnership collaboration. Resources will also be shared to help CCoT Teams deepen their understanding of each organization’s role and identify practical next steps for building stronger, more effective partnerships. There will also be time for networking throughout the session.
