Community Mapping

Learn how to identify and leverage local resources that support transition outcomes for students. CCoTs will present examples of community mapping in action, and experts will offer strategies to connect schools, agencies, and organizations. Attendees will leave with practical ideas to strengthen linkages and improve transition pathways. There will also be time for networking throughout the session.
