Dunn/Pepin County Community on Transition

Mission: The Dunn/Pepin County Community on Transition members seek to coordinate educational programs and community services for youth with disabilities while in school and after exiting high school. Their primary purposes are: 1. to encourage collaboration among schools, agencies, students, families and guardians 2. to advocate for effective and efficient coordination of services for the identified population of students 3. to advocate for transition planning and services for students beginning at age 14.
